How Little Ones React At In the Night Garden Live Video

To show you why In the Night Garden Live is such a hit with young families, we decided to film audience reactions from our young fans. We’ve included some of our favourites in the video above - it’s lovely to see how much they enjoyed it!

It’s a special moment to watch your child’s face as their heroes are brought to life in front of them. And every year hundreds of parents write to us to say they’ll never forget seeing this at In the Night Garden Live.

Parents describe it as a really moving experience. Julie Spriggs remembered, “It bought a tear to my eye to see their faces light up when the characters came on.”

Louise Berry saw In the Night Garden Live at The O2 and said, “I will always remember the look on his little face when the show started.”

It makes for a magical atmosphere, as Natascha Janischewski put it, “I have never seen my little boy so happy. Worth every penny!.”

Our 18 month old granddaughter 'Emily' came to see the NInky Nonk show with her parents a couple of weeks ago and the video they took of her sheer excitement has prompted my husband and I to bring her on Sunday to see the Pinky Pink show. We cannot stop watching the video of her jumping up and down whilst doing her utmost to interact with what is a well thought out and produced show. My daughter commented on how impressed she was with the relaxed but military precision that all members of staff undertook to enable the best time to be had by all and waiting times were kept to a minimum when meeting characters after the show with updated texts to their phones on where they were in the queue to meet Iggle Piggle whilst being provided for at the same time with a whole manner of activities available so children and parents didn't become stressed or over tired. Well done all of you and we look forward to sharing the same experience this coming Sunday. :)

Hi, just a quick tip perhaps for next year for people who have queried or complained about prices... If you sign up for the newsletter you get priority booking and prices, our tickets were £12.50 each, in the priority seating at the front. I really don't think £12.50 is expensive, especially for how wonderful the show is, and how fantastic the staff and facilities are.

Hi I live in Carrickfergus Northern Ireland and I would love to take my little girl to this but your only considering Dublin. My little girl watches this every night before bed and all my friends kids are the same can Belfast be a possible venue?

Hi Nisha - thanks for your question! We tend to find that even the youngest children engage really well with the live show, if they like to watch In the Night Garden on the television. You can read lots of feedback from parents of very young children on our Reviews page!

Hi, is there any chance of this show ever coming to Brighton/Crawley/Horsham? London is a bit far for us to come but I know my daughter would absolutely love this show!

Hi Sarah - thanks for your comment! There's a really relaxed atmosphere in the auditorium - as you can see in this video there's plenty of space for little ones to move around, stand up and dance along if they want to. my daughter is autistic and 5 yrs old, can the show cater her needs please as I know she would love this but will want to be on her feet a lot

We desperately wanted to see the show this year as my 21 month old is crazy for Upsy Daisy but the prices are just far too high for us to go. Its such a shame.

In 2015 we are visiting London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow, so we really hope that you will be able to come along to one of these locations instead. Hi Fiona – we just wanted to let you know that at the moment we still have some standard weekday tickets available at £12.50. If you choose one of these performances, it would be possible for your family of three to see the show for £37.50. We really hope you’ll consider coming at one of these times!

My daughter 7 months old adores in the night garden, face lights up when upsey Daisy appears ,goes wild for makapaca dance and urmmmm when iggle piggle appears. The pontipines dad looks just like orlaghs daddy that she screams with excitment... Sorry can't justify your admin fees , ridiculous fare when obviously baby can't travel alone, so minimum cost is £51.00. (2 parents + child)For one hour. Disappointing
