Once you’ve registered, it’s not possible for you to change your personal details on the Advent calendar. If you need to change your address, please email helpdesk@familytickets.com and someone from our friendly support team will help you.
If you’ve already claimed a gift, it may not be possible for us to change the address that it will be delivered to, but please get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help!
