Have confidence with a money back guarantee for your booking of In the Night Garden Live with Family Tickets. If you have coronavirus symptoms, have tested positive for coronavirus, need to self-isolate or quarantine let us know before the start time of your performance and we will refund your full order, including booking fees.
In the event of a venue being affected by a local lockdown we will follow Government advice. Our customer service team will get in touch with you ahead of the performance with an update about your booking.
Other than due to Covid 19 tickets are not refundable. If you can no longer attend your booked performance, we’ll do our best to help you if we can. Every venue has a different exchange policy, so to find out if we can help you, please call our customer service team on 0330 058 1585. Our opening hours are 10am – 4pm Monday to Sunday.
