Make your day more magical by meeting Igglepiggle or Upsy Daisy after the show!
This special experience takes place in a private area where the only people present will be your family, one of our ushers and the character you’ve chosen to meet. The meeting will last about two to three minutes, which in our experience is plenty of time for most children to overcome any initial shyness and give their favourite character a hug!
If you’ve bought a ticket to meet a character in advance, the meeting should take place within an hour of the show ending. Meetings will take place in the order of when they were booked. We will call you for your meeting so you won’t have to wait in a queue.
If this option is sold out for your performance, don’t worry, you will be able to buy the ticket on the day, but you might have to wait more than an hour.
The ticket to meet a character is only valid if you have a show ticket for the same performance. The maximum number of people (children and adults) in one meeting is 5, of which no more than 3 can be children.
Here are some reviews written by parents who booked Meet A Character at In the Night Garden Live.
Meeting Igglepiggle was such a brilliant moment, seeing my son go from shy to laughing at having his tummy tickled by him, to finally giving Igglepiggle a love & a kiss on the nose will stay with me forever!
- Emma Williams, Cannon Hill Park
The best bit for me was when she had her Meet and greet with Igglepiggle. She threw her arms around him with big kisses telling him ‘I love you Igglepiggle, your my bestfriend’.
- Siobhan Rodney, Richmond Old Deer Park
‘Meeting the character’ after the show was a dream come true for my little one! Igglepiggle is now his best friend!
