Meet Our Customer Service Team - We’re Here To Help!

Hello! It’s our job to make sure you and your little ones are absolutely delighted by In the Night Garden Live.

We want to give you the best possible experience before, during and after your visit to the Showdome. It’s your special day, and our team is here to support you at every stage of your visit.

From booking your tickets and planning how to get there to reuniting you with lost toys, we’ll respond to your queries quickly and make sure you get all the information you need.

Once you’re at the Showdome you’ll meet our friendly team of staff and ushers. It’s their job to welcome your family and make sure every detail of your day runs smoothly.

Please read on to meet our team and find out what we can do to help you. Don’t forget to say “hello!” if you spot us the Showdome or contact us here - we are always happy to help!


Meet Alex, production assistant in our London office

Alex looks after our customers on Facebook, Twitter and email - if you send us a message, he’ll respond to you and help with your requests! Alex also handles most of our access orders - if you have special requirements or access needs, then Alex will make all the arrangements for you to make sure you have the support you need on the day.

Meet Jo, audience services manager in our London office

Jo looks after our customer service team, making sure you always get excellent service and quick responses to your questions via phone, email and social media. She’s responsible for hiring and training family-friendly staff at the Showdome. Jo also prepares our visitor guides and videos from how to book tickets to supporting visitors with disabilities and special needs.

Meet John, box office coordinator at the Showdome

John, our box office coordinator Based at the Showdome

 

John is the first person you’ll meet at the Showdome! He runs our box office and deals with last-minute exchanges and any problems with your tickets. If you’re running late for the show, don’t worry! Just come and see John at the entrance and he’ll do what he can to help! He also looks after lost property, so will take care of your little ones’ favourite soft toys, blankets and other important valuables until we can reunite you with them. John also responds to your enquiries on our Helpdesk and social media sites. If you send us a message or have special access requirements, then John is on hand to help!

Meet Mike, our venue manager at the Showdome

Mike looks after the Showdome and makes sure everything runs smoothly on the day! He manages our Stewards and Meet a Character team at each of our locations, and is also responsible for meeting and greeting our customers with special access needs - he’ll be on hand to make sure you are supported during your visit and have everything you need. Plus he’s one of several first aid trained people at the Showdome with a Paediatric First Aid qualification!

We hire a local team of Stewards and Supervisors at each of our tour locations! They’ll be on hand to greet you at the Showdome, guide you through your day out and make sure everything is great. We make sure our Stewards are trained to provide the best family friendly day out possible, and so they’ll be used to questions about buggy parking, toilets and baby-changing! If you have any problems at all, please ask someone, and if they don’t know the answer straightaway, they’ll be very happy to find out for you. They wear green or blue polo-shirts, so should be easy to spot!

    Hi Sara - thanks for your comment! All of our performances are suitable for children with autism - there's a really relaxed atmosphere in the auditorium with plenty of space! It's fine for children to stand up and join in with the show if they want to, and if you need to leave the auditorium for a bit of time out, you can come back in at any time.     My 2 and half year old son will be going on 7 June to Blackheath. He has a severe peanut and cashew allergy therefore was wondering will it be ok to bring food for him into the showdome?
