Make your visit to the Night Garden even more magical by meeting Igglepiggle or Upsy Daisy after the show!

When you book your show tickets, you will be given the option to add a Meet a Character ticket to your basket. This special experience takes place in a private area where the only people present will be your family, one of our ushers and the character you’ve chosen to meet. The meeting will last about two to three minutes, which in our experience is plenty of time for most children to overcome any initial shyness and give their favourite character a hug!

If you’ve bought a ticket to meet a character in advance, the meeting should take place within an hour of the show ending. Meetings will take place by seating area, in the order of when they were booked. We will call you for your meeting so you won’t have to wait in a queue.

If this option is sold out for your performance, don’t worry, you will be able to buy the ticket on the day, but you might have to wait more than an hour.


The ticket to meet a character is only valid if you have a show ticket for the same performance. The maximum number of people (children and adults) in one meeting is 5, of which no more than 3 can be children.
