  Thank you for getting in touch, we're sorry to hear you've had some problems accessing the App recently. The link above should take you to the iTunes store, and if you are using an iOS device this should provide you with the option to download the App for free. We've checked it on our devices and it does seem to be working, but if you are encountering problems please do let us know at helpdesk@nightgardenlive.com, and we'll look into it as soon as we can. We have ironed out the problems previously commented upon, and so hopefully you and your LO can enjoy playing the games together, but please don't hesitate to let us know if anything does crop up!

  The link for the free app doesn't even work!!!! And looking at all the comments that it doesn't load and it's not working properly I don't no if I even want to bother wasting my time as my LG will get upset if it keeps going wrong

And please be assured that the app would still work even though the show has now finished.   This app has stopped working and won't load anymore. My little girl loves playing it and is upset it won't work anymore. Is it because the live shows have finished?

  Hi Leo - thanks for downloading the app and getting in touch, we're sorry that you're having some trouble with the video quality. Unfortunately the video quality is determined by the speed of your internet connection. This is why sometimes you'll notice the video changes from sd to hd and vice versa when playing. If you have poor internet connection, it might be better to wait for the whole video to finish loading first before you play it.   Hi, great app. I have one question. It seems that some of the videos are sd while others are hd. Can I somehow change the settings so that all videos are sd? My internet connection is not very fast and little guy is nervous when video is paused.

  Hi Beth - thanks for downloading the app and getting in touch. Sorry you're having difficulty with the sounds. We have just downloaded the latest version to check and the sounds seemed to be working. Please can you double check whether your device is on silent or mute. If your device is on silent or mute it seems that just turning up the volume won’t make it work.   I have just brought the in the night garden magazine and found the advert for the live show. I am so disappointed that I missed the dates for the O2. Will there be any more dates released at this venue or will that be at until next year?

  MY CHILDREN LOVE WATCHING THE SHOW ON TV AND I WOULD LOVE TO DOWNLOAD A FREE APP ON MY ANDROID PHONE FOR MY TODDLER TO PLAY. I BELIEVE WE SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED JUST BECAUSE WE ARE A " FEWER" CUSTOMERS USING ANDROID AND NOT IPHONE.

Unfortunately not enough of our audience use Android at the moment, so it's not yet possible for us to develop an Android version whilst keeping it free to use. Sorry for the disappointment.   another comlaint about not having an android app! How can companies in this day and age only endorse apple and not android too! such a shame my toddlers love this show. :(

  Funny, game isn't free at all!! Check app store, I can't find a free one!

  Am bit cross that the app is only free for iPhone and not android, I paid tickets same as the rest so why do i have to pay and the iPhone people get the app for free? one unhappy mummy and very upset toddler, :(

  We took our granddaughter to see the show in Birmingham today, she was mesmerised throughout and totally absorbed into the world before her. Professionally performed, reasonably priced and child friendly show with friendly staff and good facilities. My one year old granddaughter was thrilled to actually meet Igglepiggle and Upsy-Daisy in person. An unmissable experience for mums dads and children alike. Can thoroughly recommend the show and will go again.
